About Me

I started my career as a mechanical engineer. After one year in the field, I decided to pursue my passion for biomechanics and helping others. I made the career leap to physical therapy and now love using my knowledge to help patients work towards achieivng their goals.

I excel in the analysis of running and athletic movement, working to find practical solutions for athletes of all ages dealing with injuries or striving for higher performance. I believe the body is resilient and capable of adapting to a wide range of loaded movements when cared for appropriately, so I work to create an individualized plan for each patient based on their goals and movement patterns. A teacher at heart, I aim to equip every patient with the tools to reach peak performance and full confidence in their body.

I grew up heavily involved in wrestling, football and baseball and continued competing in wrestling at the collegiate level. I currently work as the strength & conditioning coach of Walla Walla University training basketball, volleyball, soccer, cross country and golf. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my wife and daughter, hunting, running, snowboarding and playing a variety of sports.
