Our training facility has 4 different sections allowing endless workout options so you never get bored with the same routine - Cardio, Weights, Functional Training and Mats.
If you want to burn some extra calories, we have a variety of different cardio machines that will get you sweating! Treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machine, Step Mill, Hitmill, Versa Climber, spin bike, Assault bikes and recumbent bikes.
Those interested in free weight strength training will find everything they need in this section, including universal power rack stations with adjustable benches, deadlift platforms with rubber plates, a Smith Machine, fixed weight barbells, a leg press/hack squat machine, 2 dumbbell stations, cable towers, an assisted pullup and dip rack, and much more.
Because of its effectiveness for athletic performance development, ‘functional training’ has become very popular in recent years. This is one of the areas that sets us apart from other ‘gyms’ and is our specialty. We have endless functional training options available in our Training Center, such as: TRX straps, Battle Rope, a Tank, resistance bands, kettlebells, plyo boxes, slam balls, medicine balls, Functional Trainer cable machine, Bosu balls, stability balls, dip rings, a variety of hanging pull up bars and open floor space for YOUR creative workout ideas! In this area, we do timed Pro Shuttle runs, footwork and agility drills, obstacle course training, balance training, reaction training, plyometric training, endless varieties of slam ball throws, hex bar jump squats, all kinds of HIIT circuits, and P.T. rehab.
Many people enjoy doing portions of their workout with various creative body-weight exercises on a matted floor. We have 400 sq. ft. of premium matted floor space and padded walls available for our members. Just take off your shoes first please! We have a 20’ pullup bar, more TRX straps, a soft plyo box, medicine balls, slam balls, stability balls, myofascial rollers, and a variety of heavy bags for kickboxing drills.
