There is so much information and differing opinions available today about exercise, fitness, wellness, nutrition, recovery, and anti-aging, and it can all become very confusing and overwhelming.
Our highly qualified Personal Trainers are here to help guide you through every step of your personal health and fitness journey with individualized exercise and movement programs as well as nutrition planning designed for YOU, based on your unique health history, restrictions/limitations, personal schedule and ultimate goals.
Some people do a Personal Training session with one of our Trainers when they first start exercising at the gym in order to set some specific health and fitness goals and to formulate a plan or road map for reaching those goals.
Some people do a Personal Training session every week for accountability and new exercise ideas, so that their workouts never get stale and they stay on track.
Some people do every workout session with a Trainer so that they never have to worry about exercise program design and whether they’re sufficiently training each of the important fitness components, with regards to intensity, duration, order, variety and progression.
Ultimately, how often you meet with a Personal Trainer is up to you and based on the amount of personal guidance, assistance, support, accountability and variety you would like along your health and fitness journey.
I am a Walla Walla native and have been working full time in the health & fitness and health & wellness industries since 1990. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them achieve their unique health and fitness goals.
Performance development training and injury prevention training are the focus for many of my clients, whether they are an athlete playing a sport, enjoy other physically challenging activities, have jobs or hobbies that are physically taxing on their bodies, or simply wanting to be healthy, fit and physically capable.
I strive to improve my client’s quality of life by helping them build and maintain bodies that are capable of continuing to do the physically challenging things in life that bring them happiness. I have worked with youth as young as 3 years old, student athletes, middle-aged individuals wanting to lose weight, and senior citizens wanting to be able to continue doing their basic daily chores around the house.
A key component in achieving and maintaining a healthy body is intentional, strategic fueling (purposefully timed nutrition). I can help you develop a sustainable plan that works best for you!

I am a Walla Walla native and an avid lover of health and fitness.
I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2016. After my two daughters were born, I stepped away from nursing to raise them. During that time I expanded on my favorite outlet, fitness, and decided to make it a career path I started a group fitness class for young mothers in the Walla Walla area in 2019 and passed the torch in 2023. Since, my focus has been working exclusively with small groups or 1:1 training sessions. I have coached many different types of fitness in my 9 years coaching but strength training is my absolute passion. I love to watch my clients get stronger and more confident with each session. I’m a firm believer that anyone can train with intention. Many of my clients are surprised just how much they can do. Each client requires a specific approach that works for them. I love putting the puzzle together to give my clients the best approach at achieving their goals. I have worked with all age groups, prenatal and postpartum ladies, and clients with various types of pre-existing conditions. Outside of the physical part of a session, we do a lot of laughing and I pride myself on building a strong rapport with my clients. My name is Sebastiana Browning, but everyone calls me Savvy. I’m a NASM-certified trainer. I have specialties in integrated balance training, TRX, and a golf fitness specialization.
I grew up in Dayton WA, and then I moved to Walla Walla in 2018. I realized I had a passion for health and wellness, and I wanted to share it with others. In 2019 I started working at the YMCA and began my journey as a personal trainer. It’s through the YMCA that I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients. My youngest client was 10 and my oldest was over 100. From experienced gym goers to novices, athletes, previous bodybuilders, volleyball players, and post-surgery clients, I’ve had the privilege of working with them all. It was also through the YMCA that I got to teach a wide range of exercise classes such as Yoga, Fall Prevention, balance and strength, small group boot camps, large group exercise, and TRX classes.
I’m a firm believer that movement is life! As your trainer, my role is to help you utilize the movement tools that are the best for your goals. Whether you want to get strong enough to pick up your grandson, have the energy and agility to play pickleball, or get stronger through exercise, I can help!
